Hi, I’m José.
I look at life through two lenses: the somatic heart that feels the rhythm, and the engineer’s mind that understands the system. My journey has been a lifelong exploration of finding the signal in the noise, whether in a piece of code or a human emotion.
Since 2007, I have been deeply immersed in sound engineering, and since 2015, I have applied that same precision to software development. These technical roots provide the foundation for my somatic practice, allowing me to approach human connection and nervous system regulation with the clarity of a systems architect.
As a highly sensitive person, I have spent decades navigating the world through therapy, somatic practices, and lived experience. My current focus is a synthesis of technical skill and deep human study—integrating insights from psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), meditation, and trauma-informed care to help others find their own resonance.

My primary energy is dedicated to helping people navigate the complexities of human connection. I help individuals and couples debug the patterns that keep them stuck, using the body as our primary source of truth.
Relational Insight
We look at the system of your relationship. I help you identify the phase cancellation in your communication—the moments where you clash instead of harmonize—and help you rewrite those scripts for deeper connection.
In-Person Sessions
I believe healing happens best where you feel most grounded. In-person sessions can be held in nature, a private home, or any quiet space that feels safe and supportive for you. Removing the clinical office environment allows the nervous system to open in its own time.
Remote & Async Coaching
Presence isn't limited by geography. I offer Virtual Meetings and Asynchronous Voice Coaching for everyone—whether you are across the world or just prefer to process your growth from the comfort of your own space.
